The interviews were pretty straightforward. The most important part was a multiple-choice exam, which required some studying. They did provide study materials and some prep to make sure you are well prepared.

My first interview was with the interim L&OD Director. I was told I was a finalist. The next interview was supposed to be in person, but then it switched to virtual. Five minutes before it started, they told me they double booked and would have to reschedule. I gave them my availability for the rest of the week but never heard back. The following week I had to reach out to see if I was still being considered, but got nothing. They wasted my time and then ghosted me. Super unprofessional. If that's how their admin works, I dodged a bullet and wouldn't want to use them for healthcare.

Communication from the recruiter to the medical director and staff was very organized. Scheduling the on-site interview was easy. They didn't cover travel expenses for APPs, but they were flexible with my schedule.
