It was a good process and took time to make sure I knew what this job was, what is expected of me and see any of my previous knowledge. They conducted a "test" which may have been in my training week which helped to know what they needed to further train me on.

Started with a phone call to discuss the job and my interest. Then, I had to complete a Culture Index survey, which was long but helpful for placement. After the survey, I received an email with specific instructions to follow for the in-person interview. I was told to arrive a bit early to find the location and to call if I had trouble locating the office. I interviewed with the owner and got a call back the same or next day with an offer. Salary and benefits matched what was promised.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and quick. It started with a phone interview and then moved to an in-person meeting at the clinic. I got to see the whole place during a tour, and it seemed very clean. Everyone was nice, and it all happened really fast. Overall, it seemed like a good opportunity!

The whole process took about two weeks. I applied almost two months ago. First, there was a phone interview, then a zoom interview, followed by an in-person interview. Lastly, I had another phone interview with the owner. Everyone seemed very nice.
