Had a quick 3min HR call followed by a 15min chat with the hiring manager. It felt like the role wasn't even real and they were just going through the motions, like no one was actually interested. Kind of weird since I'm a recent Master's grad, not sure why they even bothered with me.

After submitting an application, there are 4 steps in the interview process. First, HR or Talent Acquisition will call you for a phone screen. I felt the TA did a really good job taking care of candidates throughout the whole process. Next, I had an online interview with a manager and a senior engineer. If I passed this, the manager arranged an on-site interview with the entire team, which felt like a discussion in a teamwork setting. Lastly, there was another online interview with team members we collaborate with.

The interview was mostly soft skills questions. It was a high-level, 30-minute interview with 2 engineers. They asked about my relevant school experience, what I liked and didn’t like, and how I would perform in certain situations.
