It was a panel interview with 4 interviewers and I was the only candidate. It was all about STAR questions. They had a list of typical STAR questions and went through the first half of them. They didn't say much about themselves.

The recruiting process was alright, but the recruiter was incredibly unprofessional. Despite scheduling interview appointments for 3 consecutive days and providing information for the phone screen, the recruiter FAILED to contact me at all. I reached out twice because I heard nothing back, and received a cancellation without any further information. I waited for the interview and received no professional response. Absolutely ridiculous. I applied on LinkedIn on Wednesday. On Thursday, I got a call from HR to discuss my roles and responsibilities. On Friday, I had the first technical round with the Manager. Due to the weekend, I had the second manager round on Monday. I never expected the interview process to be this fast. Within 4 days, Lumen completed the interview process and extended a great offer with a very good CTC.
