Manager
As soon as you apply, you're sent a video interview request, which I found quite impersonal and a waste of time since HR could have pre-screened applicants. The interview, done via Hirevue, consists of 6 behavioral questions and 2 memory games. They provide helpful prep videos. You get 1 minute to think after each question before recording starts. You have 2 tries to record your answer and unlimited time to start the second recording, so you can plan your response. I haven't received an offer yet, but I'll update if I move forward.
- Describe a situation where you built a good relationship with a coworker to get a better outcome.
- Can you share an instance where you were given feedback you disagreed with, but it was constructive?
Relationship Manager
The overall interview experience was really good. I originally applied for a different job, but the hiring manager for that role felt my background was a better fit for another opening managed by a different person. I had interviews with that hiring manager and a VP. I also spoke with some of the sales team members and folks from the service management team. All of these interviews happened in just one week, which was super impressive to me given how fast the hiring process moved. I'm hoping this speed means they can get things done for their clients just as quickly.
- Can you share a sales opportunity you're particularly proud of closing and explain your reasons why?
Senior Manager
So, after I applied, they sent me a link to do this online 'interview' thing where I had to record myself answering questions. It worked like this: they'd show me the question, I'd get 30 seconds to think, then start recording. I could re-record once before the next question. There were 6 questions in total, and after that, there were two games about memory and patterns.
- Can you share an instance where you had to adjust to a changing work environment?
- Describe a situation where you formed a positive relationship with someone to reach a better outcome or resolve an issue.
- Tell me about a time you had to make a quick, important decision with limited or conflicting information.
