Customer Service Experience Expert
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a recruiter call where we talked about my resume. Then, I had an interview with the team manager, which was very conversational. After that, I had to complete a writing assignment that had 5 questions and a bonus 6th question. I was a bit annoyed because I put a lot of detail and research into it, but didn't get an offer.
- What are you passionate about outside of work?
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Customer Onboarding Specialist
I had a zoom video call that was about 45 minutes long. There were two people interviewing me, one was a Dept. Head and the other was a Team leader. They asked me questions about my experience and then some role-specific questions. After that, I had to do a presentation where I acted as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. While I was presenting, they both asked me questions about the product and any glitches, like a customer would, to see how I responded and if I knew the product.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why is there a delay after I provide a breath sample in the morning?
- Can you explain why the product has glitches?
Product Manager
It started with a quick HR call to screen me. Then, I had a product execution interview where we talked about my personal background, past products I worked on, KPIs, and my analytical skills. After that, there was a product sense interview, which was an hour long, where I had to plan and design WhatsApp for kids. The next step was a task where I had to improve an existing app and then present my ideas. Finally, they made an offer.
- How would you go about designing a WhatsApp application specifically for children?
Product Designer
The hiring process was pretty standard. It kicked off with a quick phone chat, and then they set up a first interview where we discussed my portfolio and the company. After that, there was a take-home assignment. It did take a while to get an update from them.
- Can you describe your approach to teamwork?
