O processo teve duas entrevistas. Uma com o RH e outra com a gerência. Nas duas foram perguntadas sobre experiências profissionais prévias. A entrevista fluiu como uma conversa normal, bem tranquilo.

I had a good first call with the hiring manager, lasting 30 minutes. Then, I had a one-hour in-person meeting with the success team just to get to know me. During the second interview, the main focus was getting to know me, but I was later disqualified based on my past job experience, even though I perfectly met the requirements. So, I'm still a bit unclear about the whole situation. This experience would have been excellent if the hiring manager and the CS team were more aligned on what they were looking for. It's just how interviewing goes. I have to say, I haven't interviewed with such a nice team since I started applying for new roles. That being said, considering the feedback, I can't help but wonder what the team is actually looking for, especially since most members are junior or have no prior Customer Success experience. I'd advise future applicants who are transitioning from Sales or CS to be aware: they are looking for candidates who have experience in only one of these fields, not both. They emphasized 'OR' and not 'AND' when it comes to experience. I was told they are only interested in 'perfect' candidates with very specific, streamlined experience. Maybe you're that perfect applicant reading this, so give it a try.

Behavioral Presentation Case

This was a really good interview process. It was very conversational and I met with different people in the business. I started by meeting the Sales Director in the UK, then spoke to Sales Ops in the US, and then did a pitch to the Sales Director and CRO. Finally, I had a one-on-one chat with the CRO. It was a great process and felt conversational, and they encouraged questions from me. They were also very honest. All next steps were met on time, and there was no waiting around. I also got to meet members of the team and ask them questions. Overall, one of the best interview processes I've been part of.

I felt the interview process was dishonest, like they were just going through the motions to interview a certain number of people before giving the job to someone already chosen. My first interview was a video call with a sales manager in the US. He didn't ask many questions and then asked me to create an email template to book a meeting, acting as if he were a prospect. After I sent the email, the recruiter contacted me about a second interview. The second interview was strange because the interviewer didn't ask about my prospecting methods or sales development strategy. At the end, he said he'd recommend me for a third interview. The next day, to my surprise, the recruiter called to say Deepcrawl wouldn't be proceeding with my interviews because they had offered the position to someone else the previous day. It's confusing how they'd stop the interview process with a candidate after promising a third stage. It seems like they invite people to interviews just to meet a quota, even if they've already made a decision.
