The interview process had 3 parts. First, I spoke with the HR manager. Then, I had two more interviews with the operations manager and the regional head. It was pretty easy, with basic questions, totally doable for a recent grad.

First, they review your application and resume to see if you're a good fit. Then, there's a quick call or video chat to go over the basics. After that, you might have more in-depth interviews, maybe technical ones or group ones, to check your skills and see if you'd fit in. The last step is a final chat with the higher-ups or managers. If all goes well, they'll make you an offer, and then there's the background check and paperwork before you start.

It was a really straightforward interview, they only asked a few things about my hometown, my education, and my work history. They also asked if I was okay with doing any type of job at the company, even if it involved loading and unloading. I just said yes sir, that I'd accept any job the management offered.

Had a really good interview experience. The HR person was very understanding and supportive. They asked me to introduce myself, discuss my salary expectations, and some technical questions. The atmosphere was good, and the final HR round also went well. It took about a week to get the final results, and they mailed me, coordinating everything perfectly.
