First, the company and the position were presented, then I introduced myself, then I was asked questions, and at the end, I could ask questions. The conversation atmosphere was very pleasant, they immediately offered me to use "du", all questions were answered very honestly and authentically, and at the end, they asked again if I was still interested in the position.

Applied through the portal and a few days later got invited. Had a great talk for about 45 mins with two chill, relaxed but professional interviewers. My job experience was why they wanted to see me, but I wasn't really interested in the topic and they could tell. Got promised feedback and received it a week later. It was thoughtful and I appreciate the detailed feedback for my future applications.
