First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ludvik Electric.
Human Resources Generalist
An agency recruiter contacted me. It was a very unprofessional experience; I never received any feedback, and this was over a month ago. The recruiter was hard to understand, and the interaction felt impersonal. I wouldn't recommend this process.
- Have you previously worked in manufacturing operations?
Project Engineer
I got to the interview 20 minutes before it was scheduled, but then I ended up waiting for almost an hour because the interviewers were in another meeting. The HR person finally met me and made me wait even longer while I read company policies. After another half hour, she came back, apologized, and said they couldn't do the interview that day. I had driven over 100 miles for this, and I felt completely ignored. After that, neither I nor the recruiters could get in touch with them.
- The company has a very specific, long-standing way of doing things, and it sounds like creativity isn't really valued; it's more about conforming to their methods or not fitting in.
Apprentice Electrician
After being contacted, I went to the corporate office in Lakewood for a short aptitude test. Following that, I had interviews with four different people. After the interviews, human resources contacted me with an offer for the electrical apprentice position. I accepted, and then I was scheduled for an orientation. I had to wait until the weekend to come in on the assigned day.
- What is your relevant experience?
Project Coordinator
Met them at a school job fair and got a call back for an interview. Went to the interview and got a call back the next week and they sent me an offer.
- Could you share a personal weakness and explain how you've worked to overcome it?
