It was a pretty chill interview, management was nice. They do have some favoritism with how they seat and schedule people. It's a good job for younger folks, and sometimes the late shifts can really go on. They don't really have a formal firing process, they'll just stop scheduling you if they don't want you anymore.

We had a group interview that went well, with a series of questions. We were split into mini groups and filled out papers, writing our names on them to use as name tags. We also reviewed the company values. Overall, it was a good interview process with a positive vibe and environment.
- What's your approach to dealing with an upset customer?
