Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lucky Strike Entertainment.
Manager
It was a good experience. I felt heard and valued. I'm looking forward to further discussions. They asked questions, and I answered them. It was good stuff. You should consider them.
- Can you describe your previous job experiences?
Technology Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward, though in my case it lasted a bit longer because I'd applied for a different role initially. During my interview, the panel felt I might be a better fit for another position, so I had to go through more interviews with people from a different department. This extended the process a bit, but ultimately, I was offered and accepted the second role. All in all, I'm really happy with how the interview process went, and I was very impressed with everyone I met and spoke with at Bowlero.
- Can you explain your reasons for applying to this particular role?
Assistant Manager
It started with a recruiter call from HR in New York to set up a phone interview with HR. After that went well, I had an in-person interview at the venue with the GM. Following the second interview, I had a phone interview with the DOO in New York. The final step was an in-person interview with the CEO and DOO at the venue. The company's expansion has led to changes in their process.
- In terms of your career trajectory, where do you envision yourself in five years?
- Could you share your experience with event execution?
