First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lucira Health.
QC Technician
The interview process felt pretty laid-back. They mainly asked about my background and how my skills could fit with COVID devices and test kits. There were also some scenario-based questions about problem-solving.
- Tell me about your greatest strength.
Quality Assurance Technician
The interview process was a bit disorganized. I started to tell the interviewers about myself before all of them had arrived, which caused some confusion because the ones who arrived late didn't know what I had already said. The main interviewer then proceeded to explain the company and their expectations without asking many questions.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Quality Lab Technician
Had a 4 hour interview with people from the quality team and assay development team. The first part was about my past experience and going over my resume. The second part was a lab problem where I had to use pipettes and equipment.
- Describe how to achieve a target primer concentration using a nanodrop and initial quantity.
R&D Engineer
So we had a few rounds of interviews, and they got progressively more specific as we went along. I also met with different people on the team. Some questions were technical.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Do you have experience with the xxx skill mentioned in the job description?
