Behavioral Other

Applied online and a recruiter reached out about 2 weeks after. The interviewer didn't give any info on the company or position, just asked me questions. At the end, she said it'd likely be a few weeks before I heard back because she needed to check the budget. I followed up multiple times via email, but got no response. I'm guessing I was rejected, but even an automated rejection email would've been nice. Most ATS have that feature so not sure where the lack of work is here. There is definitely a lack of communication from the start and the recruiting team needs to improve their candidate experience.
