The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a recruiter chat about my background and the role. Then, I had interviews with sales leaders. The last step was meeting the sales manager for the team I'd be joining. It was a straightforward and well-organized process, with good communication throughout.

I had six interviews with people from various roles and levels of seniority. The process took more than five weeks to complete. The interviews were very repetitive and I was asked the same questions multiple times. After receiving positive feedback during each step, I was sent an automated email to let me know they had hired another candidate. The role is still posted and accepting applicants. I would avoid this company.

This was for a former employee looking to return, about 7 months after leaving. The interview process consisted of 2 panel interviews with management and senior leaders. While the process was brief, I felt like I was strung along and made an example of. As a former employee, I was familiar with the hiring process, but after all communication, it was evident that "the hiring committee decides." Who exactly is on this hiring committee? After a 3-week wait from start to finish, I had to follow up multiple times and practically beg for answers. Finally, a manager informed me that I didn't get the job because of my numbers. I was a consistent top performer at Lucid and have been recognized for my achievements at my current organization and during my previous tenure at Lucid. It's disappointing that the decision was made by an arbitrary group of people at Lucid rather than those I worked closely with or who managed me. For new candidates, the interview process is thorough, and regardless of how well you think you performed or connected with leadership, the final decision rests with an unspecified group of people.
