I applied online and had a phone interview scheduled with the recruiter. The recruiter was 20 minutes late and didn't answer when I called. When she finally called, she didn't know which position I was interviewing for. After the interview, she said she'd get back to me about a salary question. I didn't hear back with an answer, but I got an invite for an asynchronous video interview. I cancelled that and told the recruiter I was withdrawing my application, but she never replied. Weeks later, I got a generic email saying they moved on with another candidate, which I thought was weird.

Behavioral Technical

I got a great vibe from the company from the get-go. They told me Lucid Hearing is like a family and really respects their employees. They also mentioned it's a fast-paced job and they'll push you, but with support. The interview kicked off with a warm greeting, and then they asked me to chat about myself. If you can speak clearly and think on your feet, you'll be good. They asked some follow-up questions about medical backgrounds and situations involving sales, asking how I'd deal with them. Then, they explained the Apprentice program. Again, if you're willing to work hard and can talk things through clearly, you'll do fine. It's a medical role and a sales role, so you gotta be super friendly and know your job is all about people. If you're confident, enjoy learning about and helping others, and are really interested in hearing and assisting people with hearing loss, this is a great chance for you.

Behavioral Presentation

They explained the job responsibilities, highlighting how they differed from my previous job. Then, they asked some behavioral questions relating to my personality and decision-making process. After that, we went over a typical day in the life of a District Manager at the Company. They also asked if I had any questions about the position. Even though I had no prior experience in Hearing Aids, I have a strong background in Leadership and Operations, which they seemed to think was a good match for this role.

The interviewer was nice and attentive, asking good questions and paying attention to my details. They were friendly and well-mannered, and also asked if I had any questions for them. They were honest about the job position. We sat down for half the interview, and then walked around to show me the area I would be working in. They explained the hours and duties of the job.
