It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a chat with the recruiter. Then, I met with a group of three people at my level. Finally, I spoke with the head of the department. No presentations or case studies or anything like that. I got to ask a lot of questions throughout the process.

Behavioral Technical

I had a Teams video interview with the hiring manager for the department. They asked me questions about my experience, what my expectations were, my knowledge of EMRs, and if I had high-speed internet. They also asked if I would ask my team for help and if I liked to read, and what book I was reading. They explained the job details and were very upfront about everything.
