First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lucchese Boot Co..
Brand Intern
I wish the first round was more interactive. I had questions prepared but wasn't able to ask them at the end. I also didn't know there would be two rounds, which was confusing.
- What makes you want to join Lucchese?
Social Media Intern
The manager who interviewed me was wonderful to talk to and made me feel super comfortable during our conversation. They informed me that I would hear back in 1-2 weeks after the interview if I got the position or not. It's been almost 6 weeks since the interview, and I still haven't heard back. I even sent a follow-up email. Maybe the manager was busy, but I feel belittled and disrespected in this situation due to the manager's lack of communication and transparency.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Sales Associate
The interview process felt very judgmental and the interviewer seemed reserved with a lack of interest in me as a candidate. The questions asked were unrealistic and the discount offered wasn't great either. The hours seem difficult and didn't appear to be flexible. I really didn't like the way they approached the interview.
- Can you share a time when you utilized your skills?
Human Resources Director
It was shocking to me that even after meeting with the President of the company, there was no follow up regarding a decision. I even emailed the President thanking him for the in person interview at The Cowboy Club but didn't get a response to my email.
- What experience can you bring to this position?
