It was a virtual interview and it was really easy with questions that were straightforward. The only issue was that the HR didn't provide any updates after the interview, even though they were asking me questions on time. They didn't respond to my calls or emails.

This interview will focus on your resume and previous experience. Expect some generic mechanical engineering questions. It should be easy to clear. Use the STAR technique to walk through situations and your accomplishments. Make sure you have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, design details, and the 'build to print' concept (form, fit, function).

We went off campus to a government-aided college in Madurai. The interview had 4 rounds. The first was a written test on the basics of Mechanical Engineering. The second was a Group Discussion (GD) to check communication skills. The third was a face-to-face technical interview with basic technical questions, requiring knowledge of current norms. The fourth was a face-to-face HR interview about family and background.

Applied through the job portal and was called for a technical interview at the Padi factory. This was a 1-hour technical round with a panel of 2 people, followed by a technical discussion with the Head of Engineering. A week later, I had a personal discussion with the Head of HR. Two weeks after that, I was called for a medical examination and certificate verification. After clearing all these, I joined the company two months later.
