Applied online despite the bad reviews. Got a response from a recruiter to schedule an interview. This is where the red flags started, because after responding to the calendar link with my availability, I had to follow up twice (the first time after 2 days of silence, and the second time after another 3 days of silence) for them to actually get an interview scheduled. The recruiter call went well and I moved on to speak with the hiring manager. Hiring manager call seemed to go well. After 2 days, I followed up twice (similar to the recruiter screen) and never heard anything back. After not hearing back, I assumed they moved on with other people which is fine, but there was never any follow up to my messages. Then, after weeks of silence, I got a random survey asking me how their recruitment experience was. After being completely ghosted lol. Awful experience. Based on the interviews, the company seemed chaotic to say the least.

Behavioral Presentation

An HR person reached out first. We had a casual chat and then I put in my application. The job title changed after I applied. My first chat with the hiring manager went well but she was new and mentioned how messy things were. For the next round, I met some other people and showed them my take-home task. The other employees also complained about the office, blaming other teams for problems. It was weird they didn't take ownership or suggest solutions. I got an automated email later saying the job was paused. LTK seems like a cool company with a lot of data, but the experience wasn't great and I feel like I avoided a problem even though I spent time on 3 rounds and a presentation.

This was a video call with two of the managers. It was pretty standard, starting with 'tell me about yourself,' then questions about my experience and why I wanted the role, and finished with some situational questions.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had three Zoom interviews: one with the Hiring Manager, another with the Manager of Creator Success, and a final round Table Round Interview involving a Case Study Presentation. The interview process was very quick, and the first two interviews were very responsive. I dedicated a lot of effort over the course of a week to prepare for the case study, and I was looking forward to presenting it in my final interview. At the end of the interview, I asked for feedback on my case study. They told me that I did a great job and had no notes on how I could have improved it. I was extremely disappointed to receive a rejection through a no-reply email. I reached out to ask for feedback, as I believe this should be standard, but I was ignored. It's a shame because I really admired the company and put in a lot of effort throughout the interview process. I expected them to at least have the decency to reject me directly or provide feedback when requested.
