Project Manager
Lots of rescheduling happened, and communication wasn't great. After the first round, it took over a month to schedule the next ones, and it just kept going like that. It was really frustrating and disappointing, so I eventually gave up waiting for them.
- Questions about Agile and Project Management were asked.
System Engineer
First, there was an on-campus selection process. It started with an academic filtration, followed by a written round. The written round was quite easy for me because I had already been preparing for GATE, so my theoretical knowledge in technical subjects was quite good.
- Were there simple questions related to DB normalization?
- Were there simple questions related to DB joins?
Senior Quality Engineer
There were 3 rounds of interviews total: 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview. The first round was an easy technical question asked by a senior engineer. If you passed the first round, the second round was with the technical manager where they asked in-depth technical questions.
- Can you explain what an 8D Report is and provide an example?
Software Engineer
So, first they do like a quick HR chat to talk about your background, what you know, and if you're available. Then, you'll have some technical interviews where they'll dig into Java, Spring Boot, databases, and how you solve problems. Sometimes, there's a coding test or a live coding bit. The last part is usually chatting with a manager or a client to see if you'd fit in, talk about projects, and sort out the pay before they offer you the job.
- Could you describe your approach to designing and building a scalable and maintainable RESTful microservice with Java Spring Boot and integrating it with a relational database?
