& Process

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, there was an HR call for 30 minutes with the lead engineer you'd be working with. The next round involved 2 or 3 one-on-one interviews with different team members. The final round was an onsite interview. The team seemed awesome, really smart, and had a great vibe. It felt like a place that could be successful long-term. However, the recruiters and overall process were really bad. I was ghosted for about 3 weeks between the second and third rounds. Their lack of communication was terrible. I received no feedback, and the rejection came via email, which is unusual after a final round.

I got reached out to for this role, I didn't apply. First, I chatted with one team member, which went well. Then, I spoke with another team member. They told me I was moving forward and I submitted my availability. After scheduling, they cancelled the interview without any explanation and sent a rejection letter saying my experience wasn't a good fit. This was confusing because they had already moved me to the next steps.

It was a 3-stage process: first an HR call, then a manager call, and finally a team interview. They also included a facility tour. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.

So, the interview process was like, 10 rounds, took almost two months. Started with a recruiter chat, then a bunch of video calls with different people from the team. After that, I went to their office for a whole day of interviews, back-to-back, about 30-45 mins each. They even gave a tour. It was a lot, maybe too much, and sometimes felt disorganized. Not much communication between the interviews. The worst part is I put in a ton of time and effort for the final interviews and then... nothing. No feedback, not even a rejection. It was a bummer to not get any closure after all that. If you're thinking about applying, just know it's a long haul and they might just go silent afterward.
