First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LSM.
Partner Manager
It was a nice and easy process with quick responses, and I'm very pleased overall. There were 3 stages within 1 interview, which I thought was an ideal way to interview. They responded quickly after, and it was a phone call to the offer after leaving the office.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult situation.
Administrative Assistant
This was one of the best interviews I've had! The ladies interviewing me were so nice and made me feel comfortable. It felt more like a chat than an interview, which really helped my nerves. The first interview was over the phone with basic get-to-know-you questions. The second interview was in person at their office with two team members. LSM really cares about their company culture, so while your skills are important, they want to make sure you'll be a good fit with the team! You could tell they care about their employees from the start.
- What did you enjoy most about your last role?
SEO Specialist
Interviews are 1-2 virtual meetings, and the last one is in person. The head of SEO at LSM does the interviews. For the final interview, you will also meet the CEO. The first interview is informational and basic. The second interview will go into more detail about your experience and ask behavioral questions. The final round is similar to the second but more in-depth and with an additional person.
- What makes you interested in working for LSM?
- What aspects of our company appeal to you?
Educational Analyst
You start with a pre-registration on the website, where you need to provide document information and fill out your resume. Then there's a behavioral test, a psychological test, and a specific knowledge test. After that, you'll have an interview with HR and another with the area director.
- Tell me about your professional history.
- Do you have any personal questions?
- What about your academic background?
