It was just one round with HR and we decided it wasn't a good fit. HR asked why I wanted to change jobs, my motivation, what I currently do, and a technical question about financial products to check my knowledge. They also asked about my flexibility to work outside 9-5/9-6 hours since product managers might deal with global clients. That's when I realized it wasn't the right job for me.

Behavioral Technical Case

After CV and resume screening, there was 1 interview for fit questions, then 2 technical interviews covering financial knowledge and brain teasers, followed by 2 final interviews with senior management. The whole process took about a month, and they were quite quick with responses after the CV screening.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online in Jan 2023. My first interview was a video call about 5 days after applying, around the beginning of Feb 2023. They said the next step would be face-to-face, but then went silent for 10 days, ignoring my emails asking for updates. Suddenly, they told me I had to rush for the face-to-face interview, and I couldn't reschedule because it was urgent. After the interview, they ghosted me again for 7 days, and still wouldn't reply to my emails asking for feedback. The communication was really poor throughout, and I felt they didn't respect my time. It's been a month with no response. It seems like ghosting is their standard procedure and they're not serious about hiring.
