So the whole thing took about 3.5 months and had 4 parts. First, there was an online test which was like an IQ test with some basic math and pattern recognition, and it also looked at your personality. Then, you did an online interview where you recorded yourself answering questions about things like teamwork and leadership. After that, there was a tough coding test with 2 algorithm problems, but no OOP. The last part was a 1.5-hour non-technical interview, followed by a group case study where we had to simulate a real situation to see how we worked in a team. The case study part took a bit longer, but only the other blocks were assessed.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell us about your experience with teamwork and leadership?
  • Tell us about a time you worked effectively in a team.
  • Share an example of when you showed leadership skills.
