It felt pretty chill – I felt comfortable and not stressed at all. It was a good chance to learn about the company and the job. The people working there were awesome – they were nice and truthful. They asked good questions and gave good answers to anything I asked.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked about my education and experience, and then threw some scenario-based questions at me to see how I'd handle project management tasks, like scoping and budgeting. They also seemed keen on knowing how up-to-date I am with current technology. The hiring manager was upfront and honest, which made it a good overall experience.

I went through 5 interviews for a Project Manager role. The company had a verbal offer out, then an official offer letter, but they rescinded it because of issues with LSA finalizing a contract. They then asked me to wait another month due to changes with LSA and the client, so I declined. It felt like too many red flags and a waste of my time. I'd be cautious interviewing or working with LSA.

I had a phone interview and was later invited to a second interview. Both interviews were mostly focused on behavioral / fit. Some questions on technical knowledge. The 2nd interview was with a manager and a principal. Company is very focused on loyalty because a high proportion of the company has been around for 10+ years. They have 10 offices in the west coast.
