Emerging Professional II
The interview process involved thoughtful questions, a great tour of projects and the people involved, and an incredible office with incredible people. I was impressed, which is why I took the job. It's a great place to work and I really enjoy it. It was tough but worth it.

- What methodologies do you employ?
Interior Designer
The atmosphere was really open and welcoming. It was an engaging and motivating conversation with the team. For me, it was a beneficial experience and I appreciated the time the team took to get to know me, my work, and for me to get to know them too.
- Can you tell us about your passions and how they connect with your interest in design?
Project Designer
Had a really good initial chat about the company culture, what resources are available, and future plans. I already knew a lot about the types of projects they do, but it was great to hear about their community initiatives. Then I had another chat with some senior managers and a separate conversation with a peer. The whole process was enjoyable, and they kept me in the loop.
