I applied online and after a few weeks, the recruiter called me to schedule a phone chat. She was really nice. After that, I had a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager. Then, we met in person, and I did a very brief 10-minute data entry test. I was shown the benefits package, which wasn't great. The recruiter kept me updated throughout the process until the final interview. However, after that, I didn't hear back even after emailing her. I guess I didn't get the offer, which turned out to be good since I got a better offer elsewhere with a higher salary and full remote work. It was just disappointing that the recruiter stopped communicating after the last interview, making me feel like those negative reviews were true.

I had two quick phone interviews with HR and the Office Manager, and they were both really nice. Then, I did a writing test that took a few hours. After that, I was called in for an in-person interview that went from 9am to 3pm. The interview with the office manager was pretty standard: Why do you want to work here? What kind of office environment do you thrive in? Tell me about a time when... I also met with a few other people in the office for some more casual chats. They also had me do another writing test at the office, which was a lot like the first one. It's definitely a long day, but it wasn't a bad experience.

I applied directly on their website and had a phone interview. I was told I would hear back within 24 to 48 business hours, but a week went by and I didn't hear anything. I did get an email saying they selected another candidate. I understand the recruiter is busy but don't set a time frame and not meet it. It is just unprofessional. I did not bother to follow up with them after the 24/48 hours as that was discouraging and the reviews of current and past employees did not motivate me. I hope the person that got selected does well and is treated well. As for me, it seems like I dodged a bullet from this company! I am pleased with the result.

I went through four stages for this interview process: a phone interview, a skype interview, an editing test, and then an in-person interview. For the final interview, I had to drive an hour to their office. They said they were impressed with my work and wanted to fill the position ASAP and would be in touch soon. It's been over a month since that interview, and I've followed up through all possible ways, but they've ghosted me and left me in the dark. The job listing is still up on several job boards. Don't waste your time.
