Nice, smart people interviewed me. The interviews were more about how I would fit into the company culture rather than my technical skills. After I got the offer letter, I had another phone interview with more senior executive. This interview was a moral, ethical assessment. I was asked ethical questions.

I talked to some folks on the team I might join, the implementation side. It felt like nobody wanted to make the call, they just kept passing me to someone else. Like, after some good interviews, the next person I was supposed to talk to just ghosted me. Then the whole LRN team, even the recruiter, just stopped replying to my emails. Super unprofessional, especially for a senior role. You could really feel the fear of the founder, Dov Seidman. People said you had to always agree with him, or you might get fired. There was some chatter about the new COO helping out, but people seemed doubtful it would actually shield the doers from Dov, since it's been tried before. I'd read the Glassdoor reviews but wanted to see for myself. Turns out, a lot of the bad stuff on there was totally showing up in the people and the interview process. Nice people, but definitely some Stockholm Syndrome vibes.
