The lady, my future boss, was so sweet on the phone. If you qualify for work-study I highly recommend working at the student conduct office as an assistant. You answer calls but there’s plenty of down time to do homework.

I had two in person interviews. The first one was with HR and two employees from the Dean's office. The second interview was with the direct supervisor and the former employee in that role who was being promoted within the department. Pretty standard interview process, they just want to make sure you are a right fit for the team.

I had an in-person interview with the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, who would become my supervisor. The interview itself was about 20 minutes long. After the interview, I handed over my resume and then left. I heard back from the office at the end of that week and was offered the job. There were no other interviews.
