This was a long and cumbersome interview process with 13 interviews. The recruiter was awful, with no communication or feedback. I made it to the final round but suspect I wasn't selected due to my age. It was a terrible process and a waste of time, but I stuck with it because I needed a job. Very frustrating.

The first call went fine and I was told by the recruiter that I would get feedback. The recruiter tried a lot to get Round 2 scheduled with the Sr Mgt contact. But the company went dark on both the candidate and the recruiter because they were under a lot of pressure to keep the company moving forward with their strategic vision. No follow-up or call backs were provided. It was handled very unprofessionally given that they have to continue running the operations.

My interview was supposed to be 2.5 hours long, but I only lasted through the first hour. During that time, I was mocked, ridiculed, harassed, and actually laughed at by someone who considers himself an IT Professional. It's really a shame that so many companies still have these kinds of disrespectful and out-of-touch managers who get away with blatant sexism and homophobia.

I applied online and then a HR person called me. I had a one on one with HR and then the manager I would be working for. After that they emailed me asking if I wanted the job and I said yes, signed the paper. Then I went back for a tour, met some people, and set up training for the next week.
