So basically they asked the usual stuff about my past experiences and threw in a hypothetical "what would you do in this situation" question. Also, they checked how good my internet and typing skills were. That was pretty much the whole thing.

The interview process involves a one-on-one meeting and a typing test, lasting about an hour total. You'll be interviewed by a supervisor who is one level above the position you're applying for. The supervisor was really nice and encouraging, and so was the employee who gave me the typing test.

The interview process was brief and effective. I felt it was a fair process and I was offered the job in the end. I'd definitely recommend it. I applied online and the interview was conducted via Zoom, though Microsoft Teams was also an option. There was no option for an in-person interview.
