The process was very straightforward and to the point. The main goal was to see if I was willing to learn and could communicate effectively with customers. I was also asked about my personal schedule to check if it fit what was needed.

The interview process felt pretty disorganized and unstructured, like they didn't really have a clear idea of what they wanted to ask or how to assess candidates. Most of the conversation seemed to revolve around the role being a bit chaotic but in an exciting way. They weren't clear on any specific KPIs to measure success, and it was a bit confusing regarding who the main manager would be, as they mentioned one reporting structure but it seemed like the CEO would be heavily involved. They also weren't sure how the social media side of things would be organized as the company grows.

I had 3 interviews, first with the Production Manager, then the CEO, and finally the Department Director. Each interview was about 30 minutes. They asked general questions and discussed my experience. The last interview was mainly to see if I was a good fit for them and they were a good fit for me.

So I had this initial phone chat with the recruiter, and they were like, 'You'd be a great fit!' So, they set me up with the department head. But get this, that interview got rescheduled FOUR times. Finally, I couldn't make their last suggested time, and then... crickets. They totally ghosted me. Super bummed, but honestly, treating candidates like that? Huge red flag.
