The interview process was great! It started with a phone interview and then an in-person meeting. The recruiters were really nice and knew their stuff. I can't say enough good things about the interview itself and how smoothly everything went, both on the phone and when I was there in person.

The hiring team was awesome during this process. They were thorough with their process but I appreciated it. The interview process was unsettling, with a strange atmosphere. The CEO's staff acted oddly and referred to him as 'Doctor.' I had a friend who previously worked there and disliked the job, which made me curious. Despite going in with an open mind, I understood her feelings once the interview started. When I mentioned my friend, the interview's tone changed drastically. They repeatedly brought up her perceived unsuitability for the role, which was an unusual approach. I completed a writing assignment, but I was already disinclined to accept the position and felt it was unlikely I'd be offered it. The CEO, referred to as 'doctor,' seemed like a creep and an egomaniac, as suggested by other accounts.
