First, an HR round, just to get to know each other. Then, there's a case study where they give you a case to work on to see if your skills are a good fit. After that, you'll interview with the hiring manager and also have a peer interview with colleagues where you'll present the case and get to know who you'll be working with.

The interview process was very quick and smooth. Resa, who’s in a Talent Acquisition position, helped me throughout the process and I had a great time communicating with her. Everyone at Love Bonito were very kind and I could tell everyone was very passionate about what they were doing. Technical assessment was something that was new to me, but I thought it was a great way to express myself. Overall I had a great experience.

This was one of the best interview processes I've gone through. There were 4 interviews in total, including a technical assessment and a presentation. The whole thing took about a month. The recruiter, Resa, was fantastic and kept me updated at every stage. I really enjoyed talking with her, and the whole experience was very smooth. It’s great to interview with a company you like, and even better when they bring out the best in you. Everyone I met was welcoming, professional, kind, and truly inspiring. I only wish things had worked out differently; I have no complaints about how the interview was conducted! Love, Bonito genuinely lives up to its mission of empowering women, and I felt that in every interaction. Wishing the best to anyone interviewing with them!
