The first step was a standard phone screening interview where I was asked some basic questions about myself and my background. The interviewer also took the time to answer all of my questions. From what I gathered during the interview, the company seems like a really good place to work.

I had two interviews in one week because I had some personal things going on. The first one felt more like a casual chat where they asked typical questions like 'how have you overcome any challenges?' They also went over my resume and asked about my schooling and work history. The second interview was more of a traditional setup with some of the project managers and leads. After that, HR had me fill out a formal application. About 3 weeks later, I got a generic email saying they weren't moving forward with my application.

I was contacted by an internal hiring manager who encouraged me to apply. I had a screening phone call with her, which went well, and then I moved on to interview with 3 other managers. The HR manager scheduled the interview but only 2 of the 3 managers were going to be involved, and one of them was the head of the department most relevant to my experience. After the interview with the two managers, I was still unclear about the position I was interviewing for. When I asked about the department at the end, they said they didn't know. It seems like other candidates I know also felt confused after their interviews.

The recruiter reached out, and the first interview involved three separate meetings with managers from different departments. After that, the recruiter informed me I was selected for a panel interview with five people, including two senior project managers and a VP. Each meeting was about two hours long. In the end, I was told they were seeking a more entry-level candidate. I wouldn't have gone through the process if I'd known they were looking for someone entry-level.
