Resident Assistant
The interview process was really straightforward. After submitting an application, I was chosen for an interview. It was a simple process, and the questions were very relevant to the duties of the role. The interviewers were also very friendly.

Assistant Professor
The interview process involved some standard questions. We asked about your teaching and research background, your interests, publications, dissertation, and future research. We also discussed how you'd balance teaching, service, and research, your reasons for choosing LTU, and your approach to working in a diverse environment.

Research Assistant
The interview process involved discussing a chemical process and fabrication knowledge. We also talked about two research papers. The interviewer asked a lot of questions regarding safety and consistency during experiments. They also inquired about my previous experience as a research assistant and my current research, including its direction, reason, and purpose. Additionally, I was asked about my experience in programming languages, my research interests, and my research direction.
- What safety measures are necessary when working with oxygen plasma in experiments, and explain the underlying principles of why oxygen plasma is effective?
- Can you elaborate on the safety precautions needed for experiments involving oxygen plasma, and explain the mechanism behind its functionality?
Teaching Assistant
The interview involved an introduction to cloud computing architecture and main AWS services like EC2, RDS, and ECS. It also covered load balancers and HPC health check mechanisms. Finally, there was a 30-minute presentation on designing a cloud computing project with AWS, followed by 10 minutes of questions from two interviewers in an individual setting.
