Group Presentation

It was a really good experience. We had a group interview with 8 people that lasted about 5-6 hours. They explained how the company works and introduced the leaders from each area. We did two group activities that were presented to the leaders.

The interview was a group dynamic where we were given a case to solve together. During the activity, everyone got a chance to introduce themselves, share ideas, and suggest solutions. It was an interesting experience because it allowed us to evaluate not only our individual skills but also how we work as a team, communicate, and make decisions. I felt comfortable participating and was able to express my point of view clearly and respectfully.

Behavioral

The interviewer was completely unprofessional, the HR person seemed to have already chosen a candidate, maybe even internally, and conducted the interview very unprofessionally. It didn't feel like an interview for an opportunity at all, but rather like I, the candidate, was bothering a company that didn't have a position.
