I had an interview with who would be my coordinator and, I believe, a company director. They also brought in two interns who were already hired to ask me a couple of questions. The dynamic was fun and interesting, and they asked what was necessary while testing my knowledge and English. I especially liked the interns asking me questions.

The interviewer asked me about past projects and internships I've done that are relevant to the role, and also some basic questions about the tech stacks they use. The interviewer was really nice and encouraging, and the interview was pretty short.

First, I did a group activity. On the same day, those who did well in the activity interviewed with area managers. In total, we were at the company for over 8 hours that day. After that, for many days, HR said absolutely nothing to me about my success or failure. When I asked, they pointed me to another opening. I had a new interview, and more than a week later, they came up with a new final stage: an essay. Again, I waited a long time and had to ask for feedback, which was answered, as before, with a lot of disregard, agreement errors in the email text, and no performance feedback, despite asking. In short, a very long, tiring, and disorganized process. They kept adding stages arbitrarily. Very disrespectful to the candidate, who is anxious for weeks and ends up getting no useful feedback for their professional development.
