When I entered the room, I immediately noticed the team's professionalism. The recruiter not only asked technical questions but created an environment of genuine dialogue about the market and the industry's challenges. I was met with punctuality and transparency, which reinforced my enthusiasm for the company culture. I left the conversation certain that the organization values human capital as much as operational results.

It was a really simple and straightforward interview process. They asked about my future plans and career goals. Also, they threw in some basic accounting questions, like asking for the debit and credit entries for a few specific scenarios.

I applied through my college and was selected for an interview. There were two back to back interviews on campus. The interviews were with a manager and then a trader. The manager seemed apathetic about being there and the trader was more enthusiastic as he went to my school. I was given brainteasers but nothing too complex and can be found online.
