I had just one interview with a recruiter in mid-December. The interview, I thought, went really well. He was thorough, and answered all of my questions. I was excited after the interview, and he indicated that he'd be recommending me for another interview. The holidays were closing in and he indicated a decision might take some time. I followed up in late January to ask where things stood, and he stated that the manager had been travelling, and was hoping to have more information the following week. It is now early March, and I still haven't heard back. Presumably I didn't get the job, but I wish they did a better job of communicating.

After applying online, I got a call for a career day about three weeks later, which was like a first screening. There were 6 people there. I spoke with three different people one-on-one about my resume. Then, three weeks after that, they called me back for an on-site interview. I first met with four professionals, and then the VP. They mostly asked about my resume and some general behavioral stuff. I never heard back after the interviews.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I started with a chat with the CEO, then met the head of the business unit. The interview itself felt very professional. There was also a lunch interview that was part of it.

Applied online, then got a recruiter call. After that, I had a phone screen. Then I moved on to a interview, also by phone, with a panel of three people in different locations. The interview lasted about an hour. I got a call about a week later saying they were moving forward with my application.
