The interview process started with a background check and a phone screening. After that, I had an in-person panel interview with the division leaders. About two weeks after the in-person interview, I heard back about the role. The leaders were very communicative during the wait, which was good.

It was a panel interview with 3 staff members. They asked some standard questions. They mentioned that the program has very little turnover, with the newest person having been there for 5 years. They didn't give a clear answer about the next steps since it was early in the interview process. No offer has been made yet.

Facility Supervisor
It was a pretty straightforward interview process with basic situational questions. They focused on my personality and how I would handle different scenarios, both inside and outside the rec center.
