Junior Engineer Trainee
There was no offline interview, but they did provide compensation money. The HR person was pleasant, though the interview process and timeline lacked transparency. Those located farther from their office should factor in travel time and expenses.

HR Generalist
First, I applied on Jobstreet, then I got a notice via WA/Gmail. After that, I scheduled an offline interview at the office. The interview was with HR and the user, conducted in English. Then there was a psikotest, followed by an MCU. After that, they gave me an offering letter, then on-board training, and finally a welcome at Lotte.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Describe your problem-solving skills.
- What are your expected salary details?
Information Security Executive
Applied through LinkedIn, but got offered other positions. There was a quiz with MCQs. Then HR explained the company benefits. No HR questions were asked. Following that, there was an interview with the manager and an IT engineer. It's possible there might be an online interview where you need to have your camera on.
- Can you describe your approach to performing Vulnerability Assessments (VA) or penetration testing (pentest)?
- Would you be comfortable conducting training sessions for staff members?
- What is your process for writing company policies?
Graduate Trainee Engineer
The interview process began with an initial test that included an IQ test, a subject-specific test based on your field of study, and an English essay writing component, all within a 1.5-hour timeframe. After passing this test, there was a first interview lasting about 45 minutes with a panel including an HR Representative and Plant Managers. This interview covered introductions, technical questions, some calculations, and personality traits. The second interview was with the GM of Production, involving basic introductions, a few technical questions, and a discussion about your preferred area of work. This interview was quite technical, with many subjective questions testing in-depth concepts and understanding.
- Can you please introduce yourself?
- Tell me about why you decided to study this subject.
- Can you answer some theoretical technical questions?
