Case Presentation

So I went through 4 stages for this role. First, a video interview with a consultant. Then, an assessment with 4 separate tests. After that, I had a timed 2.5 hour case study. The final step was a video interview with the founder. After the founder interview, I waited 2 weeks and then they rejected me before the final in-person super day, and didn't give me any feedback. Honestly, check the employee reviews, I'd avoid this place if you don't want your time wasted.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole interview process took about two months. It included two video calls and a work sample. The work sample was pretty simple for my first time, asking me to answer some questions based on Excel data and make a presentation in two hours after talking to the interviewer. It was a bit stressful but doable. Sadly, after the work sample, I didn't get any feedback or input and felt ghosted. I reached out to my contact, who promised to follow up. It took about a month and a half after my last interview to hear back that they had hired someone else.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole hiring process felt never-ending and quite draining. It started with a casual chat, followed by a first interview, then a lengthy 3-hour case study, another hour-long interview, about 3 or 4 different assessments, and then a full day of in-person interviews that lasted three hours each, covering both behavioral and case study scenarios, plus lunch with the team. To wrap it up, there was a final hour-long interview with the hiring manager. I put in so much time preparing, doing the assessments, and interviewing, only to receive a standard rejection email. It was really disappointing, especially since I wasn't given a clear picture of the interview steps or how long everything would take. On the bright side, the recruiter was consistently helpful and pleasant. It just wasn't the right fit for me, as I didn't really connect with anyone, and looking back, I probably invested too much effort. The people there were very bright, though, and seemed passionate about their jobs.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. Then, I was given a remote case study where I had to do my own data analysis and then present my findings and recommendations. After that, I had a behavioral interview with some of the team members. The final round was with the leadership team.
