The interview process was quick and relaxed, with not many questions. The hiring manager was friendly and very helpful. Not much preparation was needed because everything went smoothly, and I was able to answer questions as they came up.

Applied and got a call back pretty fast. Had a phone interview, then a group interview, and then some one-on-one chats, all wrapped up in about a week and a half. They really dig deep with their questions, asking a ton! Lots of 'what if' type questions and some head-scratchers, but all in all, manageable. It felt like their interview process was designed to filter out folks who aren't truly qualified or a good personality match.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was quick. They asked and I answered basic questions about my teaching history and certification status. They also asked me to do a sample session, but I couldn't because of the pandemic. They didn't ask any situational questions, just straight-forward ones.

I applied and the SLP supervisor reached out to set up a ZOOM interview. It was virtual because of COVID, but they did offer a visit to the center. The interview was super informative and ran professionally. We had a good conversation and they answered all my questions.
