So first up there's this screening interview where they hit you with a bunch of questions, and then you get a score. It's pretty competitive, so you gotta be scoring in the 90s to even be considered for a real job opening. A lot of the folks who land these jobs are fresh out of library school or don't have a ton of experience.

First, you'll do a short answer question on the computer about implementing outreach programs. After that, you come in for the main part, which is an oral examination. Two people chosen at random will be on the panel, and they'll ask you a bunch of questions. They'll grade your answers to those questions. A few weeks later, they email you your score, plus how many people got a high score and how many got the same score as you.
