It was pretty easy and straightforward at the store. I never heard back from them though. The person who interviewed me was really nice and laid back, and I'm still curious if I got the job.

It was a pretty straight forward process but I didn't get any feedback after the third round interview, just a standard rejection email. It would be nice to understand some type of reasoning if you make it to the final few candidates out of many hundreds, especially if you have to do a lengthy project as part of it.

The interview process was pretty standard, much like other guest services or experience jobs. If you get hired, there's a training seminar you have to attend. They asked a few questions about my experience, specific details from previous jobs, and why I'd be a good fit.

I put in my application for the IT Manager role through Indeed. The HR person got in touch really fast, within a day or two, to set up a 30-minute phone chat. This first interview was pretty simple, mainly asking about me, my past jobs, and what I'm hoping for next. They also shared some company background. They mentioned I couldn't ask super technical questions but could inquire about the company's structure or general goals. Apparently, they're transitioning from a startup vibe to a more established company and need someone to lead the IT department and offer guidance. The job involves travel to various nearby locations and requires availability or being on call during major events. I felt it went well and was told I'd hear back within a week about potentially speaking with the CTO. I actually got an update in about 4 days saying they were considering other candidates, which I get. I appreciate that they kept me in the loop about their decision.
