It was a series of 6 questions, all pretty standard. They gave me time to show my work samples. The questions themselves were straightforward, like asking about times I had a conflict with my boss or had to train someone.

The hiring process was really drawn out, like, super slow with a lot of steps involved. First, I sent in my application, then I had to wait like two months just to get an email to do this personality test online. It took about a month to get the results back, which they sent through regular mail. After that, you're put on a list. At that point, it might be a good idea to reach out to the recruiter for the specific facility you're hoping to work at. Once you do that, they hold this hiring event where you get to choose the department you're most interested in and then interview with people from that department. The whole thing took around 6 months.

First you gotta make an online profile to apply. Then, you wait a while, like 1-3 months, to hear back if you're on an eligibility list and what your rank is. Veterans are first, then ranks 1 through 5, with 5 being the lowest. After that, it's either a panel interview or separate interviews with multiple people. It's a long process, and you don't know if you're still in the running until you get an email.
