First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Los Altos Software Testing House.
Systems Administrator
I applied online. The whole process went by pretty fast, taking about 2 days. I had a really good time interviewing with the company. The interview itself went well, and I felt like I had a good shot at an offer, which I ended up getting.
- Questions about networking and related topics.
QA Tester
The interview process was pretty standard. I was first contacted by a company recruiter for some initial profile information and then set up for a face-to-face interview. There was no telephone interview, but that was likely because I was local. Each interview lasted about an hour.
- Can you tell me about your software skills?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- How well do you understand our company?
QA Engineer
My interview for a QA Engineer role at Azumo was pretty engaging. It involved some technical tests and then a good chat with the team about how I approach QA, solve problems, and deal with different testing situations. I really liked how they focused on innovation and high software development standards. The interviewers were pros and gave me good feedback. Even though I was really keen to join and felt I did well, I didn't get an offer, which was a bummer. But, it was a useful experience to see where I can improve and what innovative companies look for in a QA Engineer.

QA Tester
It was a very brief but consistent interview. I'm very glad I'm part of a team with great professionals! The questions asked were clearly formed and with some preparation, it was a pleasure to know I could answer them all.
- Could you describe your most recent project?
