First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lorenz Clinic.
Registered Nurse
Interview seemed to be going great, was told I'd hear back in a week. It's been 2 weeks and no response, not even to my follow up email. He even asked for advice on what my role could do in the future, then completely ghosted me. From the looks of other reviews I dodged a bullet.
- What is something that frustrates you?
Administrative
Had a phone screen before the main interviews. The first interview was in person at a clinic with the hiring manager. The second interview was also in person, with either the hiring manager or the COO/CEO.
- Could you share your proudest professional moment?
Outpatient Therapist
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, then I chatted with the Site Clinical Director, and finally, the company's founder. Everyone was super enthusiastic, kind, and responsive. I got an offer, which was great, but the pay wasn't enough for me to switch jobs. It sounds like a fantastic place to work, though.
- Could you share an example of a client case, keeping it anonymous, and explain the interventions you implemented?
Psychotherapist
They were really timely and professional throughout the process. I got a quick response to my application, and they scheduled an in-person interview pretty soon after. They asked a lot of questions that seemed pretty standard for clinical practice, plus a few that were specific to their training program.
- Could you tell me about your clinical influences?
- What are your main clinical influences?
- Describe your system of clinical influences.
